Qualifications

• Good strong experience as a quantity surveyor in a professional construction/manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on QS work across complex projects.
• Excellent operational, commercial and organisational skills.
• Desire to grow and develop with an ambitious business.

Responsibilities

• Managing higher value (up to £6m) and complex client requirements and manufacturing projects.
• Supporting a Managing QS with team guidance and development.
• Management and submission of contracts, applications and orders.
• Close control over pricing, costings and project deliverables and timescales.
• Occasional site and customer-facing project visits
• Engaging with internal stakeholders across operational, manufacturing, sales, technical and commercial teams
