Job summary

The Mining Remediation Authority is seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join as Principal Property Manager within our Salinity Programme, leading a specialist property team and influencing strategic decisions for nationally important environmental projects.

You will oversee land and property acquisitions, working with landowners, local authorities and technical experts to deliver successful remediation outcomes, with a hybrid Mansfield-based role and travel as required.

Qualifications

• A Chartered Surveyor with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in land, property, development or infrastructure.
• Strong negotiation track record for complex land rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition of land and property rights for remediation programmes.
• Collaborate with landowners, local authorities, partners and technical specialists.
• Develop high-performing teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
