Job summary

Streamline Search in Newton Abbot, Devon, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Partner's team, manage client portfolios, and drive growth. Hours 8.30am-5pm, Mon-Fri; salary £48k-£54k depending on experience. Up to two days' home working after probation.

33 days holiday incl. bank holidays; life assurance after 1 year. You'll oversee junior staff, manage client meetings, ensure compliance, and build strong relationships with Sole Traders, Limited Companies and Partnerships.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualifications.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification practice experience.
• Highly organised with excellent time management.
• Experience handling Sole Traders, Limited Companies and Partnerships.
• Clear written and verbal communication with confidence in meetings.
• Proven track record of supportive and effective team management.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of client portfolios, reviewing and ensuring accuracy, before Partner review.
• Building and maintain strong client relationships, through providing commercially aware and business forward advice.
• In depth understanding of individual clients needs, including Sole Traders, Limited Companies and Partnerships.
• Understand, handle and advise on enquiries thoroughly, professionally and in a timely manner.
• Undertake Business development activities, to support the firm's growth.
• Oversee fee reviews, billing and budgeting for the junior members of the team.
• Develop, support and educate junior colleagues, to ensure top level service to all clients, no matter who they speak with at the firm.
• Manage clients' meetings for the Partner, including diary management and attendance where required.
• Ensure working papers are standardized, for accuracy and compliance.
• Be thorough and accurate with compliance across the board.
