Job summary

Beazley Group is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner – Change to provide end-to-end financial leadership across strategic change initiatives. You will partner with Strategy, Change, and business stakeholders to ensure costs and benefits are understood, tracked, and reported to enable confident decision-making.

You’ll work with platforms like Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning to automate reporting and deliver insight-driven investment appraisal, not mechanics.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA and experience in technology-enabled change within Financial Services.
• Proven track record in business case appraisal and benefits realisation.
• Ability to design executive-ready presentations communicating complex financial insights and strategic narratives.
• Experience with month-end forecasting and capitalisation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to the Change portfolio, providing financial insight for strategic decisions.
• Influence early decision-making and hold stakeholders accountable for financial outcomes.
• Review and validate business cases with clear benefits, costs, risks and prioritisation.
• Lead cost-saving and efficiency initiatives to improve Beazley’s financial cost base.
• Maintain a central baseline of benefits and costs for all change initiatives.
• Deliver accurate monthly forecasts and executive-ready reporting with clear narrative.
• Ensure timely month-end cost recognition and appropriate capitalisation.
• Maintain governance, risk controls and drive continuous improvement.
