Job summary

Beazley is transforming finance through business partnering that adds value to strategic change initiatives. You will lead end-to-end financial oversight across Change programmes, ensuring costs and benefits are clearly understood and tracked for confident decisions.

With platforms like Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning, you’ll automate reporting and deliver insightful MI, enabling senior stakeholders to focus on objectives and investment appraisal for long-term performance.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with portfolio or complex programme experience in technology-enabled change.
• Proven track record in business case appraisal and benefits realisation.
• Ability to design executive-ready presentations communicating complex insights.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to the Change portfolio, providing financial insight.
• Influence decisions and hold stakeholders to financial outcomes.
• Review, validate and fund business cases with clear costs and benefits.
• Lead cost-saving and efficiency initiatives improving the cost base.
• Manage monthly forecasting, reporting, and variance explanations.
• Ensure timely month-end cost recognition and capitalisation per policy.
