Job summary

Scotland Excel is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead the commercial and procurement delivery of complex digital and technology projects for Scotland’s councils and public sector. You will translate priorities into robust contracts and manage the sourcing lifecycle from strategy to mobilisation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers and sector partners, applying procurement best practice to emerging opportunities, regulatory risks and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering procurement projects in complex environments.
• Strong procurement thinking and commercial acumen.
• Familiarity with digital technology, cloud services, software licensing, automation and AI.
