Job summary

Bellrock is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to deliver a broad range of professional surveying services across a diverse property portfolio. You will manage multiple instructions, provide expert technical advice, and develop strong client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely and to high standards.

Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with at least two years' post-qualification experience, or working towards chartership.
• Strong experience in building surveys, technical due diligence and condition assessments.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of building surveying instructions from inception to completion.
• Administer construction contracts and monitor projects including design services and project delivery.
• Undertake surveys, prepare technical reports, defect diagnosis and condition assessments.
• Provide professional advice on maintenance strategies, fire safety and building safety.
• Contribute to client relationships and business development.
