Job summary

Rowden Technologies Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic Infrastructure/DevOps Engineers to join our growing team in Bristol. You’ll work across software, infrastructure, and integration boundaries, automating and deploying complex systems using cloud technologies and IaC.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience building/operating cloud or on‑prem infrastructure.
• Hands-on IaC experience with Terraform or CloudFormation and Ansible.
• Able to build and deploy versioned containers into a container orchestration service.
• Some scripting experience in Python, Golang, JavaScript, or Bash.
• Awareness of secure system design and frameworks such as NCSC Cloud Security Principles.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage cloud platforms to support ongoing projects.
• Create reliable systems through automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Partner with development teams to improve workflows and release procedures.
• Provide expertise on networks, security and databases.
• Gather and analyse metrics to assist performance tuning and fault finding.
