HarperCollins Publishers UK is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Admin apprentice in London. You will support the sales and marketing teams with reports, stock management, events, and communications while gaining hands-on experience across channels.

The role offers hybrid working three days per week in our London office, with a structured induction and ongoing development opportunities in publishing and marketing.

• Hands-on experience with Excel and basic data reports.

Mansioni

• Support sales by running reports, organising stock and marketing materials.
• Prepare induction admin for new reps, organise travel and training.
• Provide weekly sales and marketing reports and analyse campaigns.
• Capture and analyse sales data using Excel pivot tables and charts.
• Coordinate sales conferences and events, from venue to materials.
• Support marketing admin tasks, including mail outs and stock management.
• Maintain stock visibility and update internal marketing materials.
