Job summary

PD&MS Group is looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Coordinator to join their finance team in Aberdeen. This full-time position requires managing data entry of the Sales Ledger and overseeing relevant accounting controls while maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Sales Ledger required.
• Experience with corporate systems, like Sage, is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and efficient data entry to Sales Ledger.
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients, handle credit control.
• Direct management of Sales Ledger Assistants and their performance.
• Coordinate day-to-day team workload and manage absence cover.
• Assist in internal or external audit processes as needed.
