Qualifications

• This role requires experience in sales ledger, accounts receivable or transactional finance.
• Experience processing invoices in a high-volume environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal; comfortable with queries.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of sales invoices and raise invoices accurately within timescales.
• Maintain customer accounts and sales ledger records.
• Allocate payments and investigate discrepancies.
• Respond to customer account and invoice queries.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing issues.
• Review outstanding balances and support credit control activity.
• Process adjustments, credit notes and account amendments.
• Complete account reconciliations and support month-end processes.
• Work as part of a wider finance team within a global organisation.
