Job Title: Sales and Lettings Negotiator – Harrow and Surrounding Areas

Location: Harrow, Greater London

About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team, covering Harrow and the surrounding areas. If you have a passion for property and thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, this role could be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings and valuations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers.
Negotiate offers and agreements to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Generate leads and proactively seek new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and lettings process.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales or lettings is preferred but not essential – full training provided.
Must have a full UK driving license and own car.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
