Job summary

Booker is seeking a proactive Retail Support Assistant to join the team in High Wycombe on a hybrid basis. You will support the Retail Support Manager and wider Retail Support team with administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with travel to Wellingborough weekly. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, solid computer skills, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Deskpro, SAP, Excel and PowerPoint is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administration support to the Retail Support and wider Sales teams.
• Support the Retail Base via Deskpro.
• Provide range updates to Key Account Managers.
• Set up customer order forms for online pre-sells.
• Maintain, update and track sales data and other critical store information.
