Poundland & Dealz is seeking a Commercial Marketing Executive to join our team at the Walsall Customer Support Centre. The role includes weekly travel to Watford and one remote day per week, with a focus on bridging Marketing and Commercial teams to drive impactful campaigns across channels.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Retail Marketing Executive or from a Retail Commercial role, with strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail marketing or retail commercial roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness.
• Marketing graduate with retail experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Translate product ranges, promotions and supplier plans into clear marketing briefs for the team.
• Develop campaigns across stores, social media, digital channels and print to support commercial objectives.
