G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join its Conveyancing team in Haywards Heath. The role involves managing your own caseload from instruction to completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity across freehold and leasehold properties.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years PQE in Residential Property, strong client communication and relationship-building skills, and be organised, proactive and commercially aware.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
• Minimum 2+ PQE in Residential Property
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware
• Team-focused with a professional and client-centric approach

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Ensure efficient transaction progression while maintaining excellent client care
• Provide high-quality residential conveyancing work with attention to detail
• Collaborate with team to deliver a supportive and cohesive service
