The Harris Poll UK, A Stagwell Company, is seeking a Senior Operations Executive to lead the operational delivery of diverse research projects. You will work with research teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and successful data delivery, drawing on in-house tech and partner platforms.

We value attention to detail, proactive problem-solving and strong communication. This role offers a flexible hybrid model in the Southampton area and opportunities to develop expertise across tools and solutions

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced operational environment is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to think creatively, problem-solve and drive improvements.
• A proactive, independent worker who collaborates well with teams.
• Comfort with learning new tools and technology, including coding basics.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operational delivery of research projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality.
• Balance competing priorities and manage multiple programmes effectively.
• Identify risks early and take action to mitigate them.
• Communicate progress, risks and changes to stakeholders clearly.
• Coordinate across Research Operations and Development teams for smooth execution.
