Qualifications

• Quantity Surveyor with finishing/interiors background.
• Subcontractor experience (plastering, drylining) and on-site measurement.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of commercial control across multiple projects.
• Measure works on site, track progress and conduct monthly valuations.
• Oversee final accounts and ensure timely close-out.
• Travel to sites (typically within a couple of hours).
• Work 60% from office and 40% from sites; support a close-knit team.
