Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial management and cost control for construction or housing projects.
• Ability to forecast costs, manage budgets, and provide clear reporting.
• Experience administering contracts and handling subcontractor accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost forecasting, budgeting, cost control and value reporting.
• Produce profitability forecasts, cash flow reporting and reconciliations.
• Administer interim and final accounts including payments and valuations.
• Prepare and evaluate compensation events and contractual claims.
• Support procurement activities and supply chain management.
• Administer contracts and subcontracts including change control.
• Identify contractual changes and negotiate variations.
• Analyse programme impacts related to delays and extensions.
• Ensure compliance with governance, policies and health & safety standards.
