Ipsos Understanding Unlimited (UU) is seeking a Project Executive to support the delivery of qualitative research projects, coordinating planning, budgets and timelines with researchers and clients.

You will manage a diverse portfolio of studies across UK and international contexts, ranging from traditional focus groups to digital methodologies, helping ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in qualitative project management or a related field (e.g. market research recruitment).
• Knowledge of the market research project lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Confidence managing budgets, costings and project logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in AI use to enhance day-to-day tasks and efficiency.
• Experience supporting client-facing research projects and advising on execution.
• Interest in qualitative methodologies and community-based research.
• Desire to build long-term client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of project planning, supplier management, budgeting and scheduling.
• Oversee operational delivery across UK and international studies.
• Support researchers and contribute to research design and execution.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
