Job summary

Oxford Flow in Witney, UK, is seeking a Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Officer to join our QHSE team. You will help develop and continually improve our ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 systems and support day-to-day QHSE operations across the business.

Reporting to the QHSE Director, you will conduct audits, investigations, risk assessments and training activities while promoting a culture of safety, quality and environmental responsibility within a collaborative, engineering-driven

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental or combined QHSE roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Practical understanding of workplace Health & Safety, risk assessment and QHSE management principles.
• Experience maintaining controlled documentation and records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually improve ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Assist internal and external audits from preparation to closure of corrective actions.
• Investigate non-conformances, incidents and customer quality issues using root cause analysis.
• Carry out risk assessments including COSHH where applicable.
• Support supplier QHSE management and review risk assessments and qualifications.
• Perform workplace inspections and safety checks to identify hazards and improvement opportunities.
• Collect, monitor and report QHSE KPIs and performance data.
