Leo Recruitment Limited is seeking a QA Test Engineer in Poole, Dorset, with hybrid working and a salary up to £40,000. You will work across web, mobile and API testing, combining manual and automated approaches to raise quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and the software testing lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience of both manual and automated testing across web, mobile and/or API environments.
• Ability to create structured test cases and communicate defects and test outcomes clearly.
• Experience managing test plans and defects within a modern software development workflow.
• SQL knowledge for database validation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, product specialists and DevOps to shape test coverage and identify risks.
• Perform manual, exploratory and automated testing across web, mobile and API environments.
• Help improve quality and reliability of software throughout the Agile delivery cycle.
• Communicate risk clearly and follow defects through to resolution.
• Contribute to modernising testing approaches and tools within projects.
