KCR Solutions, a well-established manufacturing business based in Sunderland, is seeking a Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a small accounts team. You will process high volumes of invoices, match to PO numbers, build supplier records, and assist with payment runs, while enjoying flexible hours and the option to work from home one day per week after training.

Qualifications

• Previous purchase ledger/accounts payable experience is essential.
• Competent Excel and general IT skills are required.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Processing high volumes of purchase invoices.
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
• Investigating and resolving supplier queries.
• Maintaining supplier accounts and records.
• Processing staff expenses and company credit card transactions.
• Assisting with payment runs.
• Performing bank reconciliations.
• Supporting the wider finance function as required.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
