Job summary

Vita Health Group Limited seeks a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner for West Essex with hybrid working. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £30,569–£37,212 depending on skills and experience, with added HCLA for onsite work, and occasional travel to Harlow up to 2 days a week.

You will conduct telephone assessments of new referrals, provide short-term low intensity interventions via telephone and online webinars, and collaborate with Steps 3 and 4 and external services to

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate Certificate in Low Intensity Interventions (Adults).
BABCP or BPS registration (or pending).
Experience of working with people who have experienced a mental health problem.
Awareness of and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

Conduct telephone assessments to determine suitability for low‑intensity interventions.
Provide short-term, low-intensity interventions via telephone and online webinars.
Collaborate with Steps 3 and 4 and external services to support safe onward referrals while upholding patient dignity, confidentiality and inclusivity.
