Job summary

IPS Group is assisting a leading international law firm in Manchester to recruit an Associate - Property Disputes (2+ PQE). The role offers hybrid working and the chance to work on high-profile real estate disputes for public and private sector clients.

You will advise on complex landlord and tenant matters, development disputes and rights to light, while supporting business development and contributing to the firm’s growing North West presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE in Property Litigation or Real Estate Disputes.
• Experience at a reputable regional, national or international law firm.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Commercial awareness and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative and proactive team player with a passion for BD.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a varied caseload of property disputes, including landlord/tenant issues and dilapidations.
• Handle development-related disputes and rights to light matters for developers and insurers.
• Support client relationship management and contribute to business development.
• Collaborate with colleagues across real estate and wider litigation practices.
