Job summary

Avalere Health in the UK is hiring multiple Project Operations Coordinators for hybrid roles based in Manchester or London. You will support the setup, maintenance and closure of projects across medical communications teams, ensuring data accuracy and strong collaboration with project managers and resource teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or project management support.
• Confident using project/work-management platforms (e.g., Adobe Workfront).
• Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and amend projects via central ticketing system with approved SOWs and plans.
• Build and maintain detailed Workfront plans with deliverables, milestones and dependencies.
• Ensure resources have correct roles, hours and dates; flag upcoming gaps.
• Update plans with approved changes during delivery.
• Assist project closure, maintain templates and checklists.
• Analyze data to identify issues and opportunities to improve processes.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity and create guidance.
