Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within design & build, workplace, fit-out or refurbishment projects.
• Strong background in FF&E procurement, especially furniture purchasing and supplier management.
• A good eye for design detail, quality and finish.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially aware, with the ability to balance budgets, timescales, and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of a workplace refurbishment and fit-out project from concept through to completion.
• Managing budgets, programmes and stakeholder expectations.
• Taking responsibility for FF&E procurement — including sourcing, purchasing and coordinating delivery/installation of furniture packages.
• Working closely with designers, contractors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and timelines are achieved.
• Acting as a key point of contact between the client and wider project teams.
