Commercially aware, with the ability to balance budgets, timescales, and client needs.
Responsibilities
Leading the delivery of a workplace refurbishment and fit-out project from concept through to completion.
Managing budgets, programmes and stakeholder expectations.
Taking responsibility for FF&E procurement — including sourcing, purchasing and coordinating delivery/installation of furniture packages.
Working closely with designers, contractors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and timelines are achieved.
Acting as a key point of contact between the client and wider project teams.
