Job summary

Immediate Live Co is seeking a Project Manager in London to drive affiliate campaigns within fixed-fee budgets, delivering campaigns on time and within scope. You will coordinate with internal teams, writers, networks, and Client Services to optimise performance and profitability.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ownership of workflows, and proactive reporting, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships and driving revenue growth within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Fixed Fee campaigns and priorities within budget and timelines.
• Own workflow and ensure on-time delivery, including post-campaign reports and AI-driven workflows.
• Provide support to the wider affiliates team during peak periods.
• Act as primary contact across all affiliate networks for leads, payments, decline rates and profitability.
• Attend client meetings to build relationships and upsell where possible.
• Track performance and spend of campaigns to optimise results.
• Produce monthly audits covering retailer declines, payments and workflow efficiency.
• Develop expertise across Tableau, Monday.com, Basecamp, Google Analytics, SharePoint and other PM tools.
• Collaborate to avoid silos and foster cross-department work.
• Support delivery of proposals with Sales and Partnerships Executives.
• Represent Fixed Fee team in internal brand meetings.
