Job summary

Immediate Media Co is seeking a Project Manager to oversee campaigns across Fixed Fees, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and profitability. You will collaborate with affiliate writers, leads, networks and client services to optimise campaigns against commercial goals.

Based in the UK, you’ll own workflow management, generate post-campaign reports, and support the wider affiliate team during peak periods. A strong multi-project capability and data-driven mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns across the Fixed Fee affiliate team.
• Take full ownership of project workflows to ensure on-time delivery, on-budget delivery and profit targets.
• Provide post-campaign reports for internal and external use and leverage AI to create efficient workflows.
• Support the wider affiliate team at peak periods such as Black Friday and Prime Day.
• Act as the primary contact across all affiliate networks, monitoring payments, declines, profitability and processes.
