Job summary

CY Executive Resourcing is recruiting for a Project Accountant for an NHS Turnaround Programme. This interim role is hybrid, supporting financial turnaround, cost improvement delivery, and performance enhancement across the organisation.

You will provide financial analysis, build business cases, and work with operational and clinical stakeholders to drive financial recovery plans and governance. NHS/public sector experience is desirable; AAT/CCAB-CIMA part-qualification is relevant.

Qualifications

• Experience in management accounting within NHS or public sector finance.
• Ability to develop and analyse business cases and financial appraisals.
• Strong Excel modelling and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support turnaround and recovery programmes with financial management and reporting.
• Monitor and report on cost improvement programmes and savings.
• Develop financial models and provide insight for decision-making.
