Job summary

AECOM is seeking experienced Programme Management professionals to join our advisory and delivery teams in the UK. You will shape, develop, initiate and deliver client investment and business change programmes, working independently or with a Director across the full lifecycle.

Typical duties include leading complex multi-disciplinary commissions, managing risk, building relationships with clients and cross-functional teams, and contributing to bid proposals.

Qualifications

• Degree level education in a relevant field is required.
• ChPP or APM accreditation is preferred.
• MSP accreditation or international equivalent is advantageous.
• Experience using business information tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support delivery of significant, complex programme management commissions.
• Ensure commissions meet quality standards and commercial expectations.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities within and beyond the team.
• Lead proposals through the full bid process and support reporting to stakeholders.
• Coach direct reports and share knowledge across the team.
