Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is expanding its Programme Advisory team in the UK to support large-scale infrastructure programmes across Nuclear, Aviation, Defence, Water, Transportation, Power and Renewables. You will develop dashboards, provide performance insights and deliver solutions that drive productivity and cost effectiveness.

The role offers mentorship, training and opportunities across a breadth of sectors in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• The role requires analytical thinking, problem solving and ability to deliver insights.
• Experience in a consultancy environment is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and expert advice to clients across key sectors.
• Support development and growth of AtkinsRéalis teams, prioritising welfare, talent retention and professional development.
• Advocate capabilities to clients, helping to expand the portfolio and win new projects.
• Contribute across the full programme lifecycle, assisting in setup and delivery of major transformational projects and PMOs.
• Support process mapping and implementation of best practices for operational teams and PMOs.
