Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is expanding its Programme Advisory team in the UK to support some of the largest infrastructure programmes, including Nuclear, Transport, and Renewables. The role focuses on delivering dashboards, reports, and performance insights while driving growth and client value.

We seek professionals with strong consultancy experience who can mentor teams, manage stakeholders, and contribute across the full programme lifecycle in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinker with strong problem solving and consultancy skills.
• Ability to develop insights from data and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Experience supporting large complex infrastructure programmes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across full programme lifecycle, supporting setup and delivery of major transformational projects.
• Develop reporting packs, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor performance and risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff in a consultancy environment.
• Advocate capabilities to clients to expand portfolios and secure new projects.
