Zusammenfassung

Dentsu is seeking a proactive Product Owner to join our Global Technology team in London. You will maximise value by bridging business stakeholders and development teams, defining the product vision, owning the backlog, and aligning delivery with business priorities and customer needs.

Work with Business Owners, Product Managers and SMEs to translate strategic goals into actionable requirements. You will lead backlog refinement, sprint planning and ensure measurable outcomes across releases.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience managing and prioritising product backlogs, roadmaps, and requirements within a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and product deliverables.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across multiple levels of an organisation.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a focus on delivering measurable business value.
• Experience working closely with software development teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, prioritise requirements.
• Clearly communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities to stakeholders.
• Act as the voice of the customer and end user, understanding needs and maximizing value.
• Collaborate with development teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
• Work with Product Management, fellow Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to coordinate delivery.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies.
• Balance business priorities, user needs, technical constraints and delivery considerations.
