Responsibilities

Shape, prioritise and deliver compliance platforms.
Own the product direction at the delivery level.
Translate customer, commercial and operational needs into deliverable outcomes.
Own, manage and prioritise the product backlog.
Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with engineering to guide delivery and resolve questions.
Balance new features with technical debt, compliance and improvements.
Act as the day-to-day product decision-maker during delivery.
Collaborate with commercial, operational and senior stakeholders to align priorities.
Ensure delivered changes create measurable customer and commercial value.
Support product launches and go-to-market activity.
Maintain connection between strategy, roadmap priorities and engineering delivery.
