Job summary

EDF Trading Ltd is seeking a Product Controller to join our London team. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate P&L reporting and understanding key market drivers across our trading book.

The role includes independent price validation, managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, and supporting ad-hoc analytics to improve control and efficiency. Qualifications

• P&L reporting and analysis incl. variances.
• Independently validate pricing data.
• Support month/quarter/year-end reporting processes.
• Develop and monitor internal controls and processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure P&Ls are accurately reported and key market drivers are understood.
• Independent price validation and validation of junior members’ output.
• Month end, quarter end and year end reporting activities and reserve calculations.
• Investigate and resolve flash vs actual variances; escalate as needed.
