Elite Search Solutions in Leamington Spa is seeking a proactive Procurement Analyst to join a PE-backed team delivering cost base reduction across UK & US clients.

We welcome candidates with 1-4 years of procurement experience, a strong academic background, excellent analytical and negotiation skills, and a competent Excel user ready to contribute to category strategies, tenders, and supplier negotiations.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years’ procurement experience.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Competent Excel user and quick learner.
• Keen commercial business sense.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Good negotiation skills and persuasion.
• Some understanding of procurement practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data to create category management approaches for savings.
• Develop procurement strategies to secure agreed solutions.
• Create and manage tenders/auctions from start to finish.
• Develop negotiation strategies and negotiate for best commercial results.
• Present results to stakeholders to support decision making.
• Use leading-edge tools and processes to deliver cost savings.
• Source UK and international suppliers to meet needs.
• Deliver projects within agreed timescales.
• Review client spend data to identify quick wins.
