Reed Recruitment is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join a leading UK infrastructure and utilities organisation. The role focuses on data-driven procurement, system development, and continuous improvement through automation and data integration.

You will use Power BI, Excel and SQL to analyse procurement data, develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with IT to ensure scalable, secure systems that meet business needs. Hybrid working is available.

Procurement Analyst

Reed Recruitment is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Procurement Analyst to join a leading UK infrastructure and utilities organisation. This role is perfect for analytically minded individuals who thrive on using data to drive systems improvement and process optimisation in procurement and supply chain management.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytical tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL to analyze procurement data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • System Development and Enhancement: Lead the design and development of applications that support efficient procurement and supply chain operations, focusing on automation and data integration.
  • KPI and Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and enhance data quality through automation and improved system functionalities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure that procurement systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
