Job summary

RBW Consulting is working with a leading global biopharmaceutical organisation to recruit a Procurement Manager. The role concentrates on indirect spend, notably professional services and contingent workforce solutions, and offers hybrid working within the UK and Ireland.

You will develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and deliver measurable value in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Experience with professional services and/or contingent workforce spend.
• Strong supplier relationship management and contract negotiation skills.
• Experience delivering cost savings and measurable commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies across indirect spend categories.
• Lead supplier sourcing, selection, negotiations, and contract management activities.
• Manage procurement projects relating to professional services and contingent labour providers.
• Drive supplier performance, cost optimisation, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Support procurement governance and ensure compliance with internal policies and processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
