Job summary

Primark is seeking a proactive Procurement Data & Digital Analyst to transform procurement through digital platforms, data, automation and continuous improvement. You’ll translate business needs into practical solutions, shaping how procurement tools and processes evolve across the organisation.

In a hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Technology and external vendors to optimise workflows, platform governance, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience designing workflows and delivering process improvements within procurement, finance, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong understanding of procurement technologies and source-to-pay solutions with platform administration, governance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into digital solutions, supporting backlog management and continuous improvement in agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse platform usage, workflow performance, operational metrics and user adoption trends.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and management insights.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks to drive process optimisation through data.
• Support automation initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
• Provide insights to support strategic decision making and continuous improvement.
