Circle Group is seeking a Proclaim Solutions Developer for Liverpool, offering hybrid working with 2–3 days in the office. You will enhance Proclaim workflows, automate processes, and build bespoke tools while integrating internal systems with third-party services and applying AI to boost efficiency.

The role combines Proclaim expertise with modern development practices, SQL Server data handling, and potential exposure to React/TypeScript, in a forward‑looking legal technology environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing within the Proclaim case management platform.
• Strong understanding of business process automation.
• Experience implementing AI-powered tools and technologies.
• Strong SQL Server knowledge.
• Commercial Python development experience.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Exposure to React or TypeScript would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing and developing Proclaim workflows, screens, and business processes.
• Identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve efficiency through technology.
• Developing bespoke applications and tools to support business objectives.
• Integrating internal systems with third-party platforms and external services.
• Utilising AI technologies to improve processes, increase productivity, and support innovation initiatives.
• Working with SQL Server databases to manage, optimise, and support business-critical data.
• Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to understand challenges and design effective solutions.
• Supporting the ongoing evolution of the firm's technology landscape and digital strategy.
