Job summary

The Process Mapping Specialist at MBNL plays a key role within the Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence function, supporting transformation into an Infrastructure Manager. You will lead process discovery, documentation, and standardisation to improve efficiency and governance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in process mapping and analysis.
• Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Ability to document complex processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery workshops with process owners and stakeholders.
• Document end-to-end processes including activities, decisions, controls, systems, and interactions.
• Produce high-quality BPMN 2.0 process models using agreed standards and governance.
• Translate current processes into improved future-state workflows that boost efficiency and compliance.
• Document business rules, interfaces, dependencies, and decision logic to support governance.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain and enhance the Process Landscape with clear ownership and version control.
• Develop supporting process documentation and materials to embed new ways of working.
• Manage multiple mapping initiatives simultaneously delivering outputs at pace.
• Support leaders and teams in adopting process improvements.
