Qualifications

• Solicitor with 0–5 years PQE in private client matters.
• Experience in wills, trusts and probate.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning and inheritance tax.
• Experience with high net worth individuals and complex estates.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on wills, trusts and estate planning.
• Managing probate and estate administration work.
• Advising high net worth individuals and families.
• Supporting inheritance tax and succession planning.
• Advising landowners and clients with agricultural or significant property interests.
• Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts and related legal documentation.
• Building and maintaining strong long term client relationships.
• Managing matters efficiently from initial instruction through to completion.
