Invesco, a global investment management firm, is seeking a Principal Business Analyst to drive requirements and implement solutions for Transfer Agency, Finance and Distribution clients. You will collaborate across Investment, Oversight and Client Reporting teams to deliver tools that grow the business.

The role emphasizes data requirements, agile delivery, and strong relationship skills, with a focus on a global, diverse environment and the latest IT platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in science/tech/engineering or math from a leading university.
• Strong understanding of investment management.
• Good technical understanding of SQL and databases.
• Proven asset management/Transfer Agency experience in last 5 years.
• Proven BA task analysis and technical solution implementation experience.
• Experience with data/TA platforms (advantage).
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis tasks and deliver innovative IT solutions for Transfer Agency, Finance and Distribution clients.
• Collaborate with partners to develop capabilities and enhancements.
• Build strong relationships with business users.
• Deliver cloud-first technology solutions and enhancements.
• Use Agile and MVP approaches for changes.
• Create analysis documentation for business and tech leadership.
