A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Pharmacy Technician to support clinical operations. The role involves managing medication queries, conducting reconciliations, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and safety. This position offers flexibility between onsite and remote working, along with benefits like 5 weeks of annual leave and health programs.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Hybrid Pharmacy Technician due to company growth and expansion to work full-time for a practice in Durham. This opportunity is available for highly motivated and focused Pharmacy Technicians, who will be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day activities within general practice splitting their time between a few days onsite and few days working from home, whilst playing a vital role in providing clinical support and advice to patients focusing on best practice and adhering to safety guidelines.
The working pattern split between onsite and remote working can be negotiated.
Full-time hours can be worked within core opening hours of the GP practice.
As a hybrid Pharmacy Technician you will confidently act within professional standards and boundaries, supporting and working alongside your General Practice team as well as Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians within TPN.
You will help resolve medication-related queries, work as part of a multidisciplinary team, improve patient outcomes and support the improvement of access to healthcare.
