An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hybrid Clinical Pharmacist at NHS to support patient care in Salford. You will manage day-to-day activities within general practice, offer clinical advice, and improve healthcare access. Join a dedicated team that values patient-centered care and professionalism.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Hybrid/Onsitebased Clinical Pharmacist-IP due to company growth and expansion to work full time for one of our PCN contracts in Salford. This opportunity is available for highly motivated and focused Clinical Pharmacist-IP who will be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day activities within general practice, whilst playing a vital role in providing clinical support and advice to patients focusing on best practice and adhering to safety guidelines.
Full time hours can be worked within core opening hours of the GP practice and be split between remote from home working and onsite in the GP practice.
As a remote Clinical Pharmacist-IP you will confidently act within professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
You will help resolve medication-related queries, work as part of a multidisciplinary team, improve patient outcomes and support the improvementof access to healthcare.
