Job summary

Alecto Recruitment is seeking a proactive Pre-Construction Coordinator in Warrington to drive projects through the pre-construction phase, coordinating information, design, and network approvals to keep programmes on track.

You will be the key link between clients, estimators, designers and utility network operators, ensuring timely updates, accurate trackers, and early risk identification. Hybrid working (2 days WFH) with a salary of £28,000–£34,000, generous holiday, and in-house training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in utility coordination or construction coordination.
• Strong organisational skills with multi-project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and project trackers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key contact for clients, utility networks, designers, estimators and internal teams throughout pre-construction.
• Maintain pre-construction programmes and trackers against milestones.
• Manage RFIs and communicate impact of information gaps on design, cost and programme.
• Coordinate design progression and approvals with relevant internal teams.
• Support handover to project management and construction teams.
