Job summary

Wirral Council in Wirral is seeking a Practice Education Officer to coordinate learning, practice education and workforce development across Adult Social Care. The role works with managers, universities and partner agencies to support students, ASYEs, newly qualified social workers, and Practice Educators.

The successful candidate must be a registered Social Worker, with experience in practice education, learning and development, and mentoring students and new staff.
