Job summary

AVK is seeking an experienced project leader to deliver complex power systems projects in the UK. You will manage scope, schedule and budget while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Reporting to an operations director, you will have autonomy to drive projects the AVK way, with hybrid working options, ongoing training and a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering projects in power systems or related sectors.
• Demonstrated ownership, leadership and ability to drive teams to success.
• Ability to manage multiple key customers with high engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects to time and budget, with strong client engagement.
• Balance leadership, operational skill and strategic capability across project delivery.
• Maintain ownership and drive team performance in a collaborative environment.
• Communicate effectively with new and existing customers and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, allocate resources and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Support succession planning and ongoing team development.
