Job summary

Pearson Carter is partnering with an established UK professional services organisation to recruit a Power Platform Developer. The role focuses on Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI-driven automation, offering ownership of development projects. Hybrid working with 2–3 days on-site in Norwich, Norfolk.

The candidate will join a collaborative IT team and engage with stakeholders from requirements to delivery, contributing to reporting and analytics enhancements through Power BI.

Qualifications

• 2 years' Power Platform development experience.
• Strong Power Apps and Power Automate – Essential.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, AI or automation desirable.
• Knowledge of APIs, SQL Server or Power BI beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications within the Power Platform ecosystem to automate business processes.
• Build and optimise workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop solutions across Power Apps and AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from requirements through to delivery.
• Support reporting and analytics using Power BI.
