Job summary

Vivo Talent Solutions is seeking a hands-on Data Analyst to join its Data & Analytics team in Birmingham on a hybrid basis. You will manage, analyse and prepare data, maintain reporting systems and produce actionable insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, monitoring data pipelines, and improving data quality across the organisation. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Data Analyst, BI or reporting-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with reporting/visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience using Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with databases and extracting data from multiple sources.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to support business reporting requirements.
• Monitor data pipelines, refresh schedules and reporting processes to ensure data remains accurate and accessible.
• Analyse data from multiple sources, identifying trends, patterns and insights to support business planning.
• Support key business processes, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
• Manage incoming reporting requests, prioritise workloads and coordinate tasks across the team.
• Provide guidance and training on reporting tools, systems and data analysis to stakeholders.
• Maintain reporting documentation and support the release of new reports.
